-You must apply for exchanges and returns within 7 days(Korean time) of delivery
-If you apply for a return within the site, It will be applied to retrieval automatically. (You can repackage the item and deliver it to the courier when he visits.)
- You can return or refund your order within seven (7) days of receiving your contract details.
If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.
- You may return or refund your order within three (3) months following delivery or within thirty (30)
days of becoming aware that the goods and services were delivered in specifications that are different from how they were advertised or promised.

*Please follow the guidelines below.
(1)if you have any questions, post a return request on our Q&A board within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by reply.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
(4)You can return the item if it's unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag.
Please repack the item you want to return and enclose the completed return form in the package.
(5) Please mark "RETURN GOODS" outside the box and send it to us below.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
[REFUND POLICY]
-Satur has a 7-day return policy ,You have 7 days from receiving your order.
-Refunds are not available for items that you haven't requested a refund on your account page.
-Shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable and all sale items are final purchase.
-It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

(5) Once your refund request is approved, you will receive an email regarding the refund items
Once we receive it and examine the condition of the item, we will proceed with a refund.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
(6)Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us.
Also, All international refund shipping charges and other taxes are responsible for customers apart from the case we provided incorrect/defective items.
