[ Good use of Q&A board ]

*Please do not send parcels without authorization.

- If you wish to return or refund, you must write on the 1:1 INQUIRIES or Q&A board.

It should contain the content below.

Name / order number / reason for exchange or refund

-you must write the order number and reason on the notice board for accurate processing.

-If you send the message without writing it on the notice board, the processing may be omitted.

- In case of incorrect delivery or defective products, please write on the Q&A notice board after receiving the parcel, and return shipping will be processed free of charge. Also, you must provide a detailed reason for a quick check during inspection.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

And Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

-In case of exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition and When you send the product, please repackage all components as they are received.

Also,all labels and any tags must be attached.

[ Shipping fee ]

The roundtrip shipping fee is designated as depends on the countries.

We do not support return shipping costs, except for misdelivery or defects.

- If it is difficult to determine the defect when inspecting the product after applying for a defect, you must pay the shipping cost.

-in the case of an return or refund, you bear the cost of returning your order that the reason for return or refund is based on you preferences (including exchange for a different color or size etc)
